3/88 - Map not included with Resolution at time of preparation for microfilming. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 72-96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA <br />ANA A~ENDING THE ARTERIAL STREETS PORTION <br />OF THE "LAND USE AND ARTERIAL STREETS" <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN IN THE EXTEN- <br />SION OF BEAR STREET FROM ALTON AVENUE TO <br />SEGERSTROM AVENUE AREA IN THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has adopted a General Plan, <br />and has amended it from time to time, which plan ~mong other <br />things provides for its future physical development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Planning Commission, after conduct- <br />ing the published public hearings required by the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, held its regular meeting the 14th day of August, <br />1972, and by its Resolution #6011 has recommended to the City <br />Council that the Proposed General Plan Amendment No. 1972-3, <br />Bear Street Extension, Map "A", prepared by the Santa Ana <br />Planning Department, be adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of hearing by <br />publication as required by the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at the time and place <br />so published. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby adopts the recommendation of the <br />Santa Ana Planning Commission as contained in its Resolution <br />96011, and does adopt the Proposed General Plan Amendment No. <br />1972-3. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with S27-17 <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code the said proposals are hereby <br />adopted. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th <br />day of September , 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
