RESOLUTION NO. 72-113 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-74 FILED BY JAMES H. MIRANDA AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 310 FILED BY RONALD M. WARD BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the finding of fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby deny Appeal No. 310 filed by Ronald M. Ward, and grants VA 72-74 filed by James H. Miranda to allow construction of a single family residence in the M 1 District at 1824 W. 4th Street, Santa Ana, subject to the following conditions: That development be according to the approved plan except for minor modifications approved by the Planning Department. 2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Departments be met. That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department, including the provisions of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning Ordinance, and that said landscaping be im- plemented and be continuously maintained. Submit to the Department of Public Works, for their approval, an acceptable final grading plan or an on-site drainage plan or both, showing the direction and means of flow to the adjacent street(s) or channel(s) when this pro- perty is developed. Plan is to include existing and proposed elevations at the property lines. Applicants should check with the Department of Public Works for extent of study needs. 5. Pay drainage assessment fee. 6. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. 7. Repair or replace existing street improvements to City standards: a. sidewalk, b. driveway Ail public improvement construction shall be sub- ject to inspection and approval by the Department of Public Works. 9.
