RESOLUTION NO. 72-113 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-74 FILED BY JAMES <br />H. MIRANDA AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 310 <br />FILED BY RONALD M. WARD <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the finding of fact <br />of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana does hereby deny Appeal No. 310 filed by <br />Ronald M. Ward, and grants VA 72-74 filed by James H. <br />Miranda to allow construction of a single family residence <br />in the M 1 District at 1824 W. 4th Street, Santa Ana, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved <br />plan except for minor modifications approved by <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire <br /> Departments be met. <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and <br />approved by the Planning Department, including <br />the provisions of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, and that said landscaping be im- <br />plemented and be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />Submit to the Department of Public Works, for <br />their approval, an acceptable final grading <br />plan or an on-site drainage plan or both, <br />showing the direction and means of flow to the <br />adjacent street(s) or channel(s) when this pro- <br />perty is developed. Plan is to include existing <br />and proposed elevations at the property lines. <br />Applicants should check with the Department of <br />Public Works for extent of study needs. <br /> <br />5. Pay drainage assessment fee. <br /> <br />6. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />7. Repair or replace existing street improvements to <br /> City standards: <br /> <br />a. sidewalk, <br />b. driveway <br /> <br />Ail public improvement construction shall be sub- <br />ject to inspection and approval by the Department <br />of Public Works. <br /> <br />9.
