RESODUTION NO. 72-117 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTS NUMBERS 1 AND 2 <br />TO THE PROGRAM OF LOCAL AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVE- <br />MENT PROJECTS IN TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the Congress of the United States has in the Federal-Aid <br />Highway Act of 1968 declared it to be in the national interest for Federal <br />funds to be expended for a Topics Program which consists of making traffic <br />operations improvements on a systematic basis in accordance with an area- <br />wide plan over a network of arterial and other major streets within urban <br />areas; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ a M~ster Agreement for the Topics Program was entered in- <br />to between the City of Santa Aha and the State on February l~ 1971; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Paragraph 5 of Article III of said Agreement provides that <br />a program designating the amount of Federal funds requested shall be adopted <br />by resolution of the governing body of the local agency and approved by the <br />State~ <br /> <br /> NOW, ~tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha approves <br />Program Supplement No. 1 to Agreement No. 10 covering Topics Projects EHS <br />T-3041 (145) (146) and (147) and Program Supplement No. 2 to Agreement ~10 <br />covering Topics Projects EHS T-3041 (148) (149) and (150). <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPI'~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 4t~hday of December~ 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
