RESOLUTION NO. 72-121 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING APPEAL NO. 311 AND APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION 72-22 FILED BY S.V. HUNSAKER, JR. BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon "Findings of Fact CUP 72-22" of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the City Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby reverses the decision of the Planning Commission and grants Appeal No. 311 on Conditional Use Permit 72-22 filed by S. V. Hunsaker, Jr. to allow a motorcycle dealership in the M 1, light industrial zone, at 2110 E. McFadden Avenue, subject to the following conditions: That development be according to the approved plot plan, except for minor modifications approved by the Planning Department. 2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Departments be met. e That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department, including the provisions of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning Ordinance, and that said landscaping be implemented and be continuously maintained. e That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance with the Planning Department standards. 5. The following requirements must also be met: A. Ail repair and service work shall be inside the building. Be Only outside display of motorcycles shall be in the circle indicated on the plot plan at the northwest corner of building "A" (approximately 155 square feet). C. Complete the street work for Street Work Permit No. 6208. NOTE: To be no curbside parking on McFadden Avenue. D. A permit to operate a garage shall be secured from the Fire Department. Se 2A-10BC rated dry chemical fire extinguishers shall be located within 75 feet of travel distance from all areas of the building. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the day of January , 1973.
