RESOLUTION NO. 72-121 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA <br />OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND GRANTING APPEAL NO. 311 AND <br />APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />72-22 FILED BY S.V. HUNSAKER, JR. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon "Findings of Fact <br />CUP 72-22" of the Planning Commission and testimony presented <br />before the City Council, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby reverses the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and grants Appeal No. 311 on Conditional Use <br />Permit 72-22 filed by S. V. Hunsaker, Jr. to allow a <br />motorcycle dealership in the M 1, light industrial zone, <br />at 2110 E. McFadden Avenue, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot plan, <br />except for minor modifications approved by the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Departments <br /> be met. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved by the <br />Planning Department, including the provisions of Sec. 41-618 <br />of the Zoning Ordinance, and that said landscaping be <br />implemented and be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance with the <br />Planning Department standards. <br /> <br />5. The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />A. Ail repair and service work shall be inside the building. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Only outside display of motorcycles shall be in the <br />circle indicated on the plot plan at the northwest <br />corner of building "A" (approximately 155 square feet). <br /> <br />C. Complete the street work for Street Work Permit No. <br /> 6208. <br /> <br />NOTE: To be no curbside parking on McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br />D. A permit to operate a garage shall be secured from <br /> the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />2A-10BC rated dry chemical fire extinguishers shall <br />be located within 75 feet of travel distance from <br />all areas of the building. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />day of January , 1973. <br /> <br /> <br />
