RESOLUTION 72-124 ESTABLISHING A MID-BLOCK CROSSWALK <br />ON ROSS STREET BETWEEN SANTA ANA BOULEVARD AND C/VIC <br />CENTER DRIVE WEST <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Section 36-115 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code provides that <br />the City Council may establish crosswalks between intersections, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works finds that a crosswalk is needed <br />in the Civic Center across Ross Street to serve the public and recommends <br />its establishment. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a mid-block pedestrian crosswalk <br />across Ross Street~ between Santa Aha Boulevard and Civic Center Drive West~ <br />in the City of Santa Aha, California, is hereby established, and the Director <br />of Public Works is hereby authorized to mark the location of the crosswalk by <br />the placement of appropriate lines upon the pavement of Ross Street from 362 <br />feet to 392 feet south of the survey center line of Civic Center Drive West. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the 18th day of December ; 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />C'~TY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
