RESOLUTION NO. 72-126 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, COST ESTIMATE, AND MAP OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 215 (MAPLE/COLUMBINE) WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, California, has submitted to this City Council, pursuant to its order, plans, profiles, specifications, an estimate of cost and boundary map of the assessment district, for the construction of certain public improvements in what is known as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. Z15 (MAPLE/COLUMBINE). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, as follows: SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications, cost estimate and proposed boundary map of the assessment district, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. Z15 (MAPLE/COLUMBINE) be and the same are each hereby approved and adopted. SECTION Z. That the said plans, profiles, specifications, and cost estimate shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer and copies thereof in the Office of the City Clerk of said City. That said original map of proposed boundaries of said assessment district, and one copy thereof, be filed in the Office of the City Clerk and a copy thereof in the Office of the City Engineer.
