RESOLUTION NO. 72-130 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY OF NOVEMBER 7, 1972 The City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. That a special bond election was duly called and regularly held in said City on the 7th day of November, 197Z, at which election there were submitted to the qualified voters of said City the following propositions, to wit: PROPOSITION A - CITY OF SANTA ANA FIRE PROTECTION AND RESCUE FACILITIES BONDS: Shall the City of Santa Ama incur a bonded indebtedness in the principal amount of SZ, 681, 000 for the purpose of additions and improvements to the fire protection system and rescue facilities of the City including fire stations, additions to the fire alarm and communications system and other fire fighting facilities, including additional fire station site in various areas of the City, and including for all the foregoing land, furniture, equipment, facilities and all other property necessary therefor? PROPOSITION B - CITY OF SANTA ANA STORM DRAINS AND SEWER BONDS: Shall the City of Santa Aha incur a bonded indebtedness in the principal sum of $4, 988,000 for the acquisition and construction by said City of additions and improvements to the storm drainage system of the City; additions, improvements and replacements of the Sanitary sewer system of the City including trunk and connecting sewers; and including for all of the foregoing, land, equipment, facilities and all other property necessary therefor? PROPOSITION C - CITY OF SANTA ANA OPEN SPACE LAND ACQUISITION (FOR GREENBELT, PARK AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES) DEVELOP- MENT BONDS: Shall the City of Santa A_ua incur a bonded indebtedness in the principal sum of $4, 64Z, 500 for the acquisition of open space and park and recreational facilities development, including establishment and development of neighbor- hood parks, mini-parks and community recreational facilities throughout the City including necessary land and other property rights therefor and for the fore- going, equipment, facilities and ail other property necessary therefor?
