RESOLUTION NO. 73-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION <br />OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING <br />APPEAL #313 TO APPROVE MINOR EXCEPTION <br />PERMIT NO. 72-23 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of <br />Fact of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented <br />before the City Council, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby grants Appeal No. 313 on Minor Exception <br />No. 72-23 filed by Louis F.
