RESOLUTION NO. 73-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA <br />ANA AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF P~EAL <br />PROPERTY FOR EXTENSION OF CIVIC CENTER <br />DRIVE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana does hereby find and declare that the public <br />interest and necessity require that in order to extend <br />civic Center Drive in the area of the hereinbelow described <br />real property, said property should be condemned. Said <br />property is described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and the north 10 feet of lot 4 of <br />the Thomas addition to the town of Santa <br />Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, as per map <br />recorded in Book 19, page 17 of the mis- <br />cellaneous records, in the office of the <br />County Recorder of Los Angeles County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />day of February , 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
