RESOLUTION NO. 73-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUC- <br />TION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, T~GETHER WITH APPUR- <br />TENANCES, APPURTENANT WORK IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 215 (MAPLE/COLUMBINE) IN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sealed bids have been publicly opened, examined and <br />declared for the doing of the work and improvements described in <br />Resolustion of Intention No. 72-127 which Resolution of Intention <br />is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work <br />and improvements and for all other particulars relative to the <br />proceedings under said Resolution of Intention in what is known <br />as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 215 (MAPLE/COLUMBINE). <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, hereby rejects all of said sealed proposals or sealed <br />bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract <br />for doing said work and making said improvements in ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 215 (MAPLE/COLUMBINE) to the lowest responsible bid- <br />der, to wit: <br /> <br />at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the Of- <br />fice of the City Clerk of said City. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
