RESOLUTION NO. 73-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING <br />SUPPLEMENT NUMBER 3 TO THE PROGRAM <br />OF LOCAL AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Congress of the United States has in the Federal-Aid <br />Highway Act of 1968 declared it to be in the national interest for Federal <br />funds to be expended for a TOPICS Program which consists of making traffic <br />operations improvements on a systematic basis in accordance with an area- <br />wide plan over a network of arterial and other major streets within urban <br />areas; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A Master Agreement for the TOPICS Program was entered <br />into between the City of Santa Ana and the State on February 1, 1971; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Paragraph 5 of Article III of said Agreement provides <br />that a program designating the amount of Federal funds requested shall be <br />adopted by resolution of the governing body of the local agency and approved <br />by the State, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />approves Program Supplement No. 3 to Agreement No. lO covering TOPICS <br />Project T-3041 (194). <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ /~ <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE C~NCI[ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
