RESOLUTION 73-15 CREATING A 24-MINUTE PARKING ZONE <br />WITHIN AN EXISTING 2-HOUR ZONE (PARKING DISTRICT B) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the New City Hall needs a short time parking zone on <br />the west side of Ross Street, adjacent to old Sixth Street, to serve the <br />public from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on business days; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said location is in front of the Police Building <br />for easy enforcement of short time parking regulations; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a 24-Minute Parking Zone, <br />effective 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. except Saturday, Sunday and holidays, be <br />created on the west side of North Ross Street from 13 feet south to 5 feet <br />north and from 82 feet north to 212 feet north of the center line of old <br />Sixth Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of February, 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
