<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF SANTA ANA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A POR-
<br />TION OF POINSETTIA STREET SOUTH OF PENN WAY
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Department of Public
<br />Works and the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana,
<br />Resolution 73-13 was adopted giving notice of intention to
<br />vacate that portion of Poinsettia Street south of Penn Way;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on March 19, 1973 a public hearing was duly held
<br />on said vacation of street on posted notices and the publication
<br />of said Resolution 73-13;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
<br />the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that above mentioned street
<br />is no longer necessary for present or prospective street pur-
<br />poses and does hereby make its order to vacate said right of
<br />way. Said right of way lies in the City of Santa Ana, County
<br />of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
<br />
<br />The Southerly 92.30 feet of Poinsettia Street, a
<br />public right of way 45.00 feet in width, in the
<br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Calif-
<br />ornia, being bounded Northerly by the Westerly pro-
<br />longation of the Southerly line of the Northerly
<br />32.50 feet of Lot 13, Block 11 of "Subdivision of
<br />Blocks 10 and 11 in the Town of Santa Ana, East"
<br />as shown on a map recorded in Book 24, page 76 of
<br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Calif-
<br />ornia, and bounded Southerly by the Westerly pro-
<br />longation of the Southerly line of Lot 15 of said
<br />Block 11.

<br />Reserving an easement and right of way to construct,
<br />lay, install, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair,
<br />replace, inspect and/or remove, at any time and from
<br />time to time, aerial and underground electric lines
<br />and communication lines, consisting of poles, guys
<br />and markers and other fixtures and appliances, for
<br />conveying electric energy to be used for light, heat,
<br />power, telephone and/or other related uses, in, on,
<br />over, under and through that certain real property
<br />in the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
<br />California, described as follows:

<br />The Easterly 10.00 feet thereof.
<br />
<br />Also reserving an easement and right of way to
<br />construct, lay, install, use, maintain, alter,
<br />add to, repair, replace, inspect, and/or remove,
<br />at any time and from time to time, surface and
<br />underground drainage structures for drainage pur-
<br />poses, or other related uses, in, on, over, under
<br />and through that certain real property in the City
<br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
<br />described as follows:

<br />The Westerly 4.00 feet thereof.
