be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Ana to Ward <br />No. 3 in said City, and said Annexation is by this Resolution <br />effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this <br />territory, the designation that applies is the "Santa Ana City - <br />1957-1958 Annexes." <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Government <br />Code Section 35318 the annexed territory will become a part of <br />the City of Santa Ana from the date of filing by the Secretary of <br />State.
