RESOLUTION NO. 73-25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF <br />THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO DENY APPEAL NO. <br />317 ON MINOR EXCEPTION 73-4 FILED BY THE <br />WEIGHT WATCHERS INC. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of <br />fact of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented <br />before the City Council at its public hearing on March 12, <br />1973, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />denies Appeal No. 317 appealing the Zoning Administrator's <br />denial of Minor Exception 73-4, to waive the required block <br />wall adjacent to a residential zone at 2130 East Fourth <br />Street in the LP and P District. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />day of April , 1973. <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
