RESOLUTION NO 73-26 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA GRANTING APPEAL NO. 315 <br />ON MINOR EXCEPTION 73-5 FILED BY JOSEPH N. <br />TURNER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its regular adjourned meeting held on <br />March 12, 1973, the City Council conducted its public <br />hearing on Appeal No. 315, appealing standard planning <br />requirements 7 and 8 of the Zoning Administrator's <br />approval of Minor Exception No. 73-5, <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby grants Appeal No. 315 <br />on Minor Exception No. 73-5 filed by Joseph N. Turner <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That all conditions of the Building and Fire <br />Departments be met. <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and <br />approved by the Planning Department, including <br />the provisions of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, and that said landscaping be im- <br />plemented and be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance <br />with the Planning Department standards. <br /> <br />That there be no after-hours operation (between <br />2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.). <br /> <br />That there be no gaming devices, such as pin- <br />ball machines, motion picture booths, etc. <br /> <br />That interior lighting of the establishment be <br />in accordance with A.B.C. regulations. <br /> <br />That there be no conduct or entertainment allowed <br />on the premises as prohibited by Ordinance NS-1047. <br /> <br />That an Environmental Impact Report be prepared, <br />submitted and approved by all departments, commis- <br />sions, boards and/or agencies prior to the issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />That a screening plan for mechanical equipment or <br />appurtenances be submitted to and approved by the <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />10. That all conditions of the Fire Department be met. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That a revised plot plan be submitted with any <br />building permit application applied for, showing <br />parking and landscaping which complies with Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That copies of the recorded deeds of both the sub- <br />ject parcel and the adjacent parcel to the south, <br />showing the driveway easement, be submitted to <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
