Class 11 <br />consists of construction, or placement of <br />minor structures accessory to (appurtenant <br />to) existing commercial, industrial, or <br />institutional facilities, including but not <br />limited to: <br /> <br /> (1) On-premise signs: <br /> <br /> (2) Small parking lots. <br /> <br />Class 12: Surplus Government Property Sales. <br />Class 12 consists of sales of surplus govern- <br />ment property except for parcels of land. <br />Exception by Location.
