The Environmental Impact Evaluator shall <br />evaluate comments received from persons who reviewed <br /> <br />the draft EIR. <br /> <br />Notice of Completion of Draft EIR. <br />draft EIR is completed, but before <br />out for review, an official notice <br /> <br />As soon as the <br />copies are sent <br />stating that <br /> <br />the draft EIR has been completed must be filed <br />with the Secretary of the Resources AGency. The <br />notice shall include a brief description of the <br />project, its proposed location, and an address <br />where copies of the EIR are available.
