RESOLUTION NO. 73-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD CLASS TITLE <br />OF REAL PROPERTY AGENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the <br />Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Ana; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class to the list <br />of class titles contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as <br />amended, and to allocate salary and wage schedules thereto; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to <br />Section 3 thereof, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following <br />class titles and salary range numbers as next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NUMBER <br /> <br />Real Property Agent <br /> <br />4-1-73 7-1-73 1-1-74 <br /> <br />369 376 382 <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect <br /> Nay 7 , 1973. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~h day of May <br />1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss.: <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
