Resolution 73-37 <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />The passage of an ordinance for the establish- <br />ment of Planned Residential Development. <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />The passage of several ordinances providing, <br />among other things, the prohibition of certain <br />obnoxious, immoral, and degrading conduct, the <br />enhancement of the appearance of signs and bill- <br />boards existing within the City of Santa Ana, <br />and the establishment of aesthetic guidelines to <br />enhance the beauty and living environment of the <br />City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his years as Mayor of the City of Santa Ana <br />Lorin Griset has continued as a leader in development, building, <br />and the advancement of human rights, and has maintained a high <br />level of governmental efficiency, and bas offered its citizens <br />efficient and responsible municipal service; <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA: That the City Council, for itself and for all per- <br />sons for whom it represents, hereby expresses appreciation to <br />Lorin Griset for the unselfish, extensive, courageous service <br />rendered by him to all the citizens of Santa Aha, and for the <br />many tangible and intangible results of bis labors, of which <br />there are many. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at a special meeting held on the 10th day of April, 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
