RESOLUTION NO. 73-39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />SANTA ANA AB~NDING SECTION 5 OF RESO- <br />LUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD CLASS TITLE <br />OF DEPUTY CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> IfllEREAS, on November 5, 1958, the City Council passed <br />and adopted Resolution No. S8-281, revising and re-establishing <br />the Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa <br />Aha; and <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class to the <br />of class titles contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as <br />amended, and to allocate salary and wage schedules thereto; <br /> <br />list <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 3 of <br />Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />adding to Section $ thereof, in proper alphabetical sequence, <br />the following class title and salary range number as next <br />herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk of the <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NO. <br /> 7/~/v3 !i <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this amendment shall take <br />effect on April 16, 1975. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City <br />Santa Aha at its <br />1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Council of the City of <br />regular meeting held on the 16th day of April, <br /> <br />FI~RENCE I. /~LONE <br />CL~ERK OF THE-COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
