RESOLUTION 73-50 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE <br />ARTERIAL STREETS PORTION OF THE "LAND <br />USE AND ARTERIAL STREETS" ELEMENT OF <br />THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has adopted a General Plan, <br />and has amended it from time to time, which plan among other <br />things provides for its future physical development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Planning Commission, after con- <br />ducting the published public hearing required by the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code, held its regular meeting the 9th day of <br />April, 1973, and by its Resolution No. 6029 has recommended <br />to the City Countil that the Proposed General Amendment No. <br />1973-1 (between Harbor Blvd. and West Street; Westminster and <br />Hazard Avenues), prepared by the Santa Ana Planning Department, <br />be adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of hearing by <br />publication as required by the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing was heid at the time and <br />place so published. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby adopts the recommendation of <br />the Santa Ana Planning Commission as contained in its Resolu- <br />tion No. 6029, and does adopt the Proposed General Plan Amend- <br />ment No. 1973-1. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Chapter <br />27, Article II, Section 16 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code said <br />proposal is hereby adopted. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the Zlst <br />day of May , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
