RESOLUTION NO. 73-62 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING THE EMERGENCY <br />PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DATED MAY <br />30, 1973. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon review of the new <br />Santa Ana Emergency Plan it fulfills the need for informa- <br />tion, planning and training to cope with the potential of <br />either natural or war caused disasters and thus after adop- <br />tion must be used as an operational guide for all actions <br />set forth therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this document is all encompassing it is to be <br />considered as the official plan for both public and municipal <br />use in adhering to the requirements of the State of California <br />Emergency Plan. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the <br /> 25 day of June , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
