RESOLUTION NO. 73-65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FIXING WATER RATES AND <br />STAND-BY SERVICE CHARGES FOR AN AREA OUT- <br />SIDE CITY LIMITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has acquired the water <br />service area outside the City limits west of Tustin Avenue <br />and north of Fairhaven Avenue; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 39-34 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />states, "any land outside of the corporate limits where the <br />City may purchase or acquire the water system shall receive <br />water service at such rates as the council shall establish <br />by resolution."; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the water rates <br />and service charges for the area shown on the attached map <br />designated Exhibit "A" shall be the same as the service area <br />inside the City limits. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the <br /> 25 day of June , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
