RESOLUTION NO. 73-71 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 73-20 FILED BY <br />ANCIENT VALLEY PROPERTIES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based on a public hearing held <br />by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, the oral and <br />real testimony provided, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana does hereby overrule the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation of approval and does hereby deny Variance <br />Application No. 73-20 filed by Ancient Valley Properties, <br />811 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California to install a <br />sign not permitted by the Code in the C D District. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2 <br />day of July , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COLtNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
