RESOLUTION 73-74 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMENDING <br />GUY RIGAULBAU <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />GUY RIGAULEAU is an honorable citizen of France, a <br />member of Lions International and an active supporter <br />of the Youth Exchange Program between France and <br />America; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />GUY RIGAULEAU has served his native country heroically <br />in its armed services both on active duty and as a <br />prisoner of war; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as a teacher and counsellor of youth, GUY RI~AULBAU <br />has provided guidance, knowledge and assurance to <br />their endeavors and pursuits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GUY RIGAULEAU has unselfishly devoted his life to <br /> serving his fellow man; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he is now visiting the United States; <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Santa Ana with and for the citizens of Santa Aha <br /> does hereby commend GUY RI6AULEAU for kis various <br /> efforts as a humanitarian, an outstanding repzesenta~ <br /> tive of France, and above all his interest in the <br /> Youth of the World; and <br /> <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA hereby extends to ~U¥ Rr~AULEAU <br />its sincere wishes for a continued long and healthy <br />future to be filled with as many 51esstngs as have <br />been his in the past. <br /> <br />PASSED AND <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, <br />1973. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
