On motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by <br />Dahl and carried, the Manager was granted permission to proceed as <br /> <br />In Re <br />State Office Civil <br />Defense - Fire Pumper <br />No. 39 <br /> <br />outlined. <br /># <br />The Manager reported that the State Office of ~lvil Defense has <br />forwarded a new agreement covering the assignment of Fire Pumper No. <br />39 to the Santa Ana Fire Department, the previous agreement expiring <br />November ?th, 1955, and recommended that the new agreement not be <br /> <br />executed but that a letter be forwarded to Harold P. Bowhay, Chief <br /> <br />Division of Fire and Rescue Services requesting that the Civil Defense <br /> <br />Pumper No. 39 be picked up.
