RESOLUTION NO. 73-86 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION <br />OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 73-13. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the finding of fact of <br />the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana does hereby grant Minor Exception 73-13 filed by <br />Florence J. Arlotto and Winslow Maxwell to allow expansion <br />of a beer bar within 300' of the R 1 District subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot <br />plan, except for minor modifications approved by <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2e <br /> <br />That all conditions of the Building Department <br />be met. <br /> <br />That there be no after-hours operation (between <br />2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.). <br /> <br />That the business remain a bona fide eating <br />establishment as defined by the Alcoholic Beverage <br />Control. <br /> <br />That interior lighting of the establishment be in <br />accordance with A.B.C. regulations. <br /> <br />That there be no conduct or entertainment allowed <br />on the premises as prohibited by Ordinance NS-1047. <br /> <br />7. That all conditions of the Fire Department be met. <br /> <br />8. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />NOTE: The applicant should investigate the standard fee for <br /> future ornamental street lighting. <br /> <br />9. The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />The building and its use shall conform to the <br />regulations of Title 19, California Adminis- <br />trative Code (Public Safety) and the Fire Code <br />of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Plans of the above condition shall be submitted <br />to the Fire Department for approval. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />That an application be submitted to the City <br />Council to obtain approval of the 2 existing <br />pool tables. <br /> <br />That no more than 2 pool tables be allowed in <br />connection with this approved use. <br /> <br />That there be no gaming devices such as pinball <br />machines, motion picture booths, etc. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
