RESOLUTION NO. 73-101 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 58-281 ESTABLISHING A SALARY RANGE FOR THE <br />POSITION OF LAW CLERK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281 <br />revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for <br />employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time <br />amended this Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to establish a salary range <br />for the position of Law Clerk in the City Attorney's Office <br />to be added to Section 3 of said Resolution No. 58-281; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 3 of <br />Resolution No. 58-281 be amended by adding thereto the Class <br />Title of Law Clerk at salary range No. 268 as follows: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE SALARY RANGE NO. <br /> <br />Law Clerk 268 <br /> ($772 938) <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall <br />take effect as of the 13th day of August, 1973. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20~day of <br /> , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
