RESOLUTION 73-104 AF~ENDING THE ANNUAL <br />BUDGET 1973-74 IN POLICE DEPARTI~NT <br />ACCOUNT NUMBERS BY DELETING ONE (1) <br />STENOGRAPHIC CLERK I AND ADDING ONE <br /> (I) SECRBTAIIY POSITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department has been restructured into four major <br />divisions under the Chief of Police in accordance with the reorganization plan <br />formally approved by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the addition of two con. hand officers, an administrative aide <br />and several other officers to the Administration Division has greatly increased <br />the need for additional secretarial clerical support; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the redistribution of certain clerical assignments resulting from <br />said reorganization now requires the reassignment of certain clerical positions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the 1973-74 Annual Budget of the City <br />of Santa Ana be amended by deleting one (1) Secretary and one (1) Stenographic <br />Clerk I position from Police Department Account No. 11-332, Patrol and Investigation <br />Divisions and adding two (2) Secretary positions to Police Department Account No. <br />11-331, Administration Division, so that the total number of Stenographic Clerk I <br />positions is reduced by one (1) and the total number of Secretary positions is <br />increased by one (1). <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 4 day of September , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERR OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
