RESOLUTION NO. 73-116 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />Annex to the City of Santa Ana by Resolution 72-9; thence <br />along the West line of said Resolution 72-9, South 00O 05' <br />03" East a distance of 661.78 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Ana and to <br />Ward No. 1 in said City, and said annexation is by this Resolution <br />effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this <br />territory, the designation that applies is the "Santa Ana City - <br />1957-1958 Annexes." <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Government <br />Code Section 35318 the annexed territory will become a part of the <br />City of Santa Ana from the date of filing by the Secretary of State. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana shall, with- <br />out delay transmit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
