RESOLUTION 73-121 AMENDING SECTION 3 <br />OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD CLASS <br />TITLE OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3~1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation <br />Plan for employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended this <br />Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class to the list of class <br />titles contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, and to allocate <br />salary and wage schedules thereto; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to Section 3 thereof, <br />in proper sequence, the following class title and salary range number as next <br />herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NUMBER <br /> <br />Executive Director-Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />424 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on <br />October 15 , 1973. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br />its regular meeting held on the 15 .day of October , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
