RESOLUTION NO. 73'130 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICES <br />RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH PLANNING AND ZONING <br />MATTERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. NS-l186 charges the City Council <br />with the responsibility for adopting a schedule of fees to <br />be charged to applicants and appellants in connection with <br />Planning and Zoning matters, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees <br />for the Planning and Zoning services described shall apply <br />effective on the 6th day of November 1973: <br /> <br />SERVICE ITEM CHARGE <br /> <br />Change of zone or district. <br />Conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Variance. <br /> <br />Minor exception <br /> <br />Flat filing fee. $150.00 <br />Appeal fee. 25.00 <br />Application fee. 150.00 <br />Appeal fee. 25.00 <br />Plus each dwelling <br />unit. 5.00 <br />Filing fee. 150.00 <br />Appeal fee. 25.00 <br />Filing fee. 25.00 <br />Appeal fee. 15.00 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing schedule <br />of Planning and Zoning fees is in addition to any and all <br />Planning and Zoning fees or fees for other miscellaneous <br />sales and services as provided in Resolution 73-44 adopted on <br />May 21, 1973. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5 <br />day of November , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
