Chandler <br />None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />January 3, 1956~ reading of the Ntnutes was dispensed with and approved <br />on motion of ~ounctlmnn Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried. <br /> <br />Delinquent Sales <br />Tax Accounts ~ <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />"Rose Annex" <br />Ordinauce <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on delinquent sales tax accounts of two persons <br />or firms, it was moved by Councilman Markel, secom~ed by Jerome and carried, that <br />the matter be referred to the Attorney to enforce collection. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests .on annexation ~o the City of certain <br />u~inhabited territory designated "Rose Annex" and there be!~ no protests, on motio~ <br />of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Ordinance <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br />desi~mn~ted w~se A~ex~'' <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br /> <br />
