<br />Gardens Sanitary District requesting penuission to connect to the trunk sewer on
<br />Edinger Street in County Sanitation District No. l, and on motion of Cou~cilm-u
<br />Heinly, seconded by Dahl and carried, the report was accepted.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Col~ncilm~n Markel, seconded by D~bl and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />Street, for off-street parking, was granted.

<br />Markel and ca~-~-ied, the request signed by ninety-six persons that four-way stop
<br />signs be Insta]]ed at the intersection of West R~gBland and South S~elton Streets,
<br />was denied.

<br />It ~as moved by Counct]mau Jerome, seconded by Markel and c~rried, that a c~m~uni-
<br />cation be forwarded to the Park Board requesting an opinion of a possible policy of
<br />allowing a property owner to remove trees, at his own expense, in a cc~mercial area
<br />that is built up commercially to 75~ saturation.
