RESOLUTION 73-136 AMENDING FORMER CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION 71-105 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE WIDENING OF SEVEN- TEENTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO BUSH STREET AMENDING PARCEL 1 ONLY WHEREAS, in order to provide for a more orderly flow of traffic on Seventeenth Street in the City of Santa Aha it has become necessary to widen and improve said street from Broadway to Bush Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find and declare that the public interest and necessity require that Seventeenth Street be widened and improved from Broadway to Bush Street to provide for a more orderly flow of east-west traffic, and further require that said City do have, take, and acquire for street purposes that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as part of this resolution. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution 71-105 is hereby being amended in regard to Parcel 1 only and that the new legal description of Parcel 1 shall be that description on Exhibit PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19 day of November , 1973.
