<br />On motion of Councit~uan Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, the Preliminary Map
<br />presented by H.R.Bri~kerhoff, owner of property consisting of approximately six
<br />acres and located at the northeast corner of Chestnut Street and the A.T.&.S.F.
<br />Railway, mud south of First Street, was a~proved subject to the conditions as
<br />imposed by the Department of Public Works.

<br />The Co~mcil having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolutinn, on motion of
<br />Councilman Jerome, seconded by 14arkel and carried, the following Resolution
