Wild <br />(Tract No. 2461) <br /> <br />In Re <br />Record of Survey <br />Map - Ernest N. <br />Winbigler et al <br />(E. 17th St.) <br /> <br />On motion of CounciLman Jerome~ seconded by Markel and carried, the Preliminary Map, <br />presented by Halsell Fou~dation, owner of property located at the southeast corner <br />of Santa Clara Avenue and Vict0r~a Drive, consisting of 2.614 acres~ was approved. <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome~ seconded by Markel and carried, the Record of Survey <br />Map filed by Halsell Foundation, owner of property located at the southeast corner <br />of Santa Clara Avenue and Victoria Drive, consisting of 2.614 acres, was approved. <br />Communication was read from Orange County Title Company advising that there is a <br />tax cut pendi~ in the office of the County Assessor and it is impossible to pay <br />taxes since no bill has yet been made available, designating the amount of taxes to <br />be paid~ therefore final map of Tract No. 2494 is submitted with the Auditor's <br />signature omitted. On motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Jerome and carried <br />the communication was received and filed. On motion of CounciLman Heinly, s~conded <br />by Dahl and carried, Map of Tract No. 2494 submitted by Orange County Dwellings, Inc <br />for the dedication of Pine, Walnut, Forest, Western, Chestnut, the alley and a porti, <br />of First Street and Myrtle Street and bond in the sum of $55~000.00 were approved <br />subject to the signatures of the Acting Director of Public Works and the County <br />Auditor and the agreement covering improvements was ordered signed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome~ seconded by Dabl and carried~ Map of Tract No. 2483 <br />submitted by Dike and Colegrove~ for the dedication of McFadden Street, Russell <br />Avenue~ Oxford Street, Wilshire Avenue, Hobart Street, Oak Street, Kilson Drive, <br />Griffith Place and Lots A and B and bond in the sum of $74~000.00 were approved and <br />the agreement covering improve~mnts was ordered signed. <br /> <br />On motion of CounciLman Jerome~ seconded by Heinly and carried, Map of Tract No. <br />2626 submitted by Dike and Colegrove, for the dedication of Hobart Street, Halladay <br />Street, Hickory Street, Cedar Street, Evergreen Street, Russell Avenue, Oxford <br />Street~ Griffith Place, Wilshire Avenue and Standard Avenue and bond in the sum of <br />$120,000.00 were approved and the agreement covering improvements was ordered signed <br />On motion of CounciLman Dahl~ seconded by Jerome and carried~ Map of Tract No. 2461 <br />submitted by Harmir Construction Inc., Helbruce Construction Inc., et al for the <br />dedication of Shelton Street, Park Drive, Towner Street and a portion of Central <br />Avenue and bond in the sum of $72,000.00 were approved and the agreement covering <br />improvements was ordered signed. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />CounciLman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 56-12 accepting Grant Deed" <br /> <br />from Minnie M. Wild: for sewer and drainage purposes in Tract No. 2461, was con- <br /> <br />sidered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes~ CounciLmen Dale H. Heinly~ J. Chandler <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent~ Counci]nnen None <br /> <br />On motion Of 'CounciLman Dahl, seconded by Heinly and carried~ the Record of Survey <br />Map submitted by Ernest N. ~.Yinbigler et al, owners of properties lying south of East <br />17th Street east of the railroad tracks and bond in the sum of $3,000.00 were <br />approved, subject to deed being filed by Ernest N.
