RESOLUTION NO. 73-148 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE CONSERVATION ELEMENT <br />OF THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California has required all <br />cities to prepare a Conservation Element on or before <br />December 31, 1973; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Department has prepared a <br />Conservation Plan in accordance with the guidelines and <br />mandates of the State; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report has been <br />prepared on said Conservation Plan covering any signifi- <br />cant impacts of the Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found the pro- <br />posed Conservation Plan is in conformance with the State <br />guidelines and the Environmental Impact Report is acceptable, <br />has accepted the Environmental Impact Report as complete, <br />and has recommended the approval of said Conservation Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana does concur in the acceptance of <br />the Environmental Impact Report as complete; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council does <br />hereby approve said Conservation Plan for the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the <br /> 10th day of December , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
