3/88 EXHIBIT A NOT ATTACHED AT TIME OF PREPARATION FOR MICROFILMING RESOLUTION NO. 73-150 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING CUP 73-9 FILED BY WILLIAM F. AND MAURENE CRODDY, AND GRANTING APPEALS NO. 324 - 333, INCLUSIVE, AND DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF CUP 73-9 WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held on November 19, 1973, on appeals No. 324 - 333, inclusive, filed in opposition to the Planning Commission's approval of CUP 73-9; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was also held on the Environ- mental Impact Report, at which hearing the City Council adopted an Environmental Impact Report for CUP 73-9 and adopted Findings of Fact for CUP 73-9 which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That based on the public hearings held by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, the oral testimony and real evidence submitted, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the Planning Commission's recommendation of approval of CUP 73-9 and does hereby deny CUP 73-9 filed by William F. and Maurene Croddy for the construction of a drive-in theater complex consisting of four screens in the southwestern section of the City which is presently zoned M1, and grants appeals No. 324 - 333, inclusive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby adopts as its Findings of Fact for denial of CUP 73-9 those Findings of Fact set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and by this reference is made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
