Helnly Reco~m~endation of the Planning Commission and report of the Boundar-y Commission were presented on the proposed annexation of approximately 15.703 acres bounded northerly by the southerly City l~tits of Orange, easterly by the west line of Main Street, southerly by the north City limits of Santa /ma and westerly by the southerly extension of the west line of Tract No. 2462 in the City of Orange. On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, said documents were received and In Be Reso. No. 56-56 Proposed annexation "Bullock ' s Annex" filed. The Council having nnanimously waived the reading of the Resolution~ on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Ds/il and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 56-56 givin~ notice of proposed annexation to the City of .Santa Ana of that certain uninhabited territo~ described herein and designated 'Bullock's Annex', i~itiated by the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa, and giving notice of time and place for hearing of protests thereto" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen J.
