(1) At least 100 square feet of habitable floor <br />space for the first occupant and 50 square feet of habitable <br />floor space for each additional occupant. <br /> <br /> (2) Lavatory, bath and toilet facilities that pro- <br />vide privacy, including a door that can be locked if such facili- <br />ties are separate from the room. <br /> <br /> (c) A decent,safe, and sanitary mobile home is one which <br />includes the minimum requirements contained in paragraph (a), sub- <br />paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), and (9) of this sec- <br />tion except that it may have 70 square feet of habitable floor <br />space for each additional occupant, and the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Bears the insignia of approval issued by the <br />State of California, Department of Housing and Community Develop- <br />ment, pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code, except <br />those manufactured prior to September 1, 1958. <br /> <br />2.2 Housinq provided as a last resort. When it is determined <br />that adequate replacement housing is not available and cannot <br />otherwise be made available, the head of the public entity may <br />take action to develop replacement housing. Such action for re- <br />placement housing will be guided by the criteria and procedures <br />issued by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in accord- <br />ance with the provision concerning Section 206(a) of the Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance and Land Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 <br />(P.L. 91-646). <br /> <br />II- ? <br /> <br /> <br />
