SECtiON <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Evaluator shall then submit the Negative <br />Declaration to the local agency at the time <br />it is called upon to approve or disapprove <br /> <br />the project, The findings of the Environment- <br />al Evaluator in the Negative Declaration <br />shall be final unless the local agenc~ wishes <br /> <br />to review those findings and make a contrary <br />finding. <br /> <br />Filing of Notice of Determination. <br /> <br />After the local agency has approved or dis- <br /> <br />approved the project, the:Environmental <br /> <br />Impact Evaluator shall file a Notice of <br />Determination with the Orange County Clerk <br />along with a copy of the Negative Declaration. <br />p~ev~eus~y-f~ed-w~h-~he-~a~ge-~eun~y-~eFk. <br />The Notice of Determination shall include <br />the decision of thE. local agency to approve <br />or disapprove the project, the determination <br />of the local agency whether the project may <br />possibly have a significant effect on the <br />environment, and whether an EIR has been pre- <br /> <br /> ~ ~ared pursuant to the provisions of the CEQA. <br />~ecis.ion tO Pre~'are an EIR'.
