(c) <br /> <br />completing a DEIR, the Environmental Impact <br /> <br />Evaluator must consult with and obtain the <br />comments of, any public agency which has juris- <br />diction by law with respect to the project and <br />may consult with any person who has special <br />expertise with respect to any environmental <br />impact involved. Opportunity for comments from <br />the general public should be provided. The <br />Environmental Impact Evaluator shall evaluate <br />comments received from persons who reviewed <br />the U~af~ DEIR. <br /> <br />Notice of Completion. As soon as the draft EIR <br /> <br />is completed, but before copies are sent out for <br />review, an official notice stating that the draft <br /> <br />EIR has been completed must be filed with the <br /> <br />Secretary of the Resources Agency. The Notice <br /> <br />shall include a brief description of the project, <br /> <br />its proposed location, and address where copies <br /> <br />of the EIR are available. This notice shall be <br />referred to as a Notice of Completion. The form <br />for this Notice shall be supplied by the Santa <br /> <br />Aha P}6nndng Department. WhE~re the EIR is required <br /> <br />to be revie_wed, through;the State review process handled <br />~ the State Clearing House, a Notice of Intent <br /> <br />Will be completed and filed with the State Clear- <br /> <br />ing House.
