· the City of Santa Ana, it may, by majority vote, set <br /> <br />SECTION 10. <br /> <br />the matter of the Negative Declaration or EIR for <br /> <br />public hearing to be held at a regular or adjourned <br />meeting with public notification made by the Planning <br />Department as was required for the initial public <br /> <br />hearing; <br /> <br />Impact Evaluator <br /> <br />final. <br /> <br />otherwise, all decisions of the Environ6ental <br /> <br />and the Planning Commission shall be <br /> <br />Appeal of Decision of Planning Commission by City Council; <br />Hearing. An Appeal from a decision of the Planning Commis- <br />sion not to overrule the Negative Declaration or adopt and <br />certify an EIR, may be made by any interested party, indi- <br />vidual or group. Any appeal made under the terms of this <br />section shall be made within ten (10) calendar days follow- <br />ing the date of the decision by the Planning Commission, <br />either to not overrule the Negative Declaration of the <br /> <br />Environmental Impact Evaluator or to adopt and certify an <br />EIR. Said appeal period shall end at 5:00 p. m. on the <br />tenth calendar day following said date of decision by the <br />Plannin~ Commission. If the tenth calendar day ends on <br /> <br />arSaturd'ay~ Sunday, or Holiday. the ten (10) day period <br />shall.end at 5:00 p. m. on the next regular business daY. <br />The formal~ction, either not to overrule the Negative <br /> <br />Declaration of the Environmental Impact Evaluator or <br /> <br />to adopt and certify the EIR, by <br /> <br /> <br />
