<br /> 49 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification"

<br />of property which includes al I of the Seccombe Addition to Dyer., except Lots A-14
<br />and A-26, as shown on Assessor's Records, plus ~11 of W-wbor Road, and extending
<br />into one-half the width of Dyer Road on the north, known as~"Seccmabe Annex No. 2",
<br />from the R-1 District to the M-1 District, was considered and passed by the fol~ow-

<br />C,-~,~unication was read from George L. Wild again reqnesting an extension of ninety
<br />da~s to pave cur~ing and blacktop street shoulders at the corner of East St.Gertru~
<br />and Rousselle Streets, made as a condition on variance granted December ]th, 1955,
<br />an~ on motion of Counc~lm-~ HeSuly, seconded by Markel and carried, the c~,~tcati(
<br />was received and filed. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Je ~ro~e and
<br />carried, the request was grauted for an extension of ninety days in which to
<br />complete the work.

<br />On motion of 0ounc11-~- Je ~rom~, seconded by Markel and carried, the e~mication
<br />from the State Depa~-'~ent of Public Health,advis~ that effective March 9th, 1956,
<br />the State Health Deparl~ent is $orm-~y confirm~-g the verbal acceptance of the
<br />Santa Ama rabies control program as a substitute for the area rabies quarantine
<br />required under Section 1903 of the California Health and Safety Code, was received
<br />and filed.

<br />Charley Bilbso, owner of Charcoal Broiler Hestaurant, 522 North Main Street, was
<br />~x~nted to hold an auction March 27th, 1957',' to dispose of t~e restalxrant fixtures
<br />and eQuil~ent~ listed in a certified ihventory.
