RESOLUTION NO. 74-22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA ADOPTING THE RELOCATION GUIDELINES OF THE STATE <br />COMMISSION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana adopted <br />Resolution 72-82 authorizing implementation of a relocation as- <br />sistance program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code Section 7267.8 requires all public <br />entities to adopt by March 7, 1974, relocation guidelines in con- <br />formity with those guidelines adopted by the Commission of Hous- <br />ing and Community Development. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby adopts the State of California Relocation Guidelines adopted <br />by the Commission of Housing and Community Development, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular adjourned meeting held on the 25 day of <br />February , 1974. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
