RESOLUTION NO. 74-48 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />iNA AMElqDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE <br />~EW CLASS TITLE OF IDENTIFICATION TECHNICIAN AND CHANGE <br />THE CLASS TITLE OF CRIME LAB ASSISTANT TO ASSISTAIqT <br />CRIMINALIST <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees <br />of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after careful study of the positions and classifications assigned <br />to the Identification and Crime Laboratory Sections of the Police Department Technical <br />Services Division, it is now desired to amend the position classification and pay <br />plan by adding a new class title at an appropriate salary level and changing the <br />title of an existing class. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, <br />as amended~ is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br />1. Adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following class title at the salary <br /> range number next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NISMBER <br /> <br />Identification Technician <br /> <br />299 <br /> <br />2.
