Council Chamber <br />Santa Aha City Hall <br />May 21, 1956. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen Dale H. Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, William Jerome, <br /> Milford W. Dahl, Courtney Re Chandler <br />Absent: Councilmen None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />May 7, 1956, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on <br />motion of CouncSlman Heinly, seconded by Dahl and carried. <br /> . <br /> <br />In Re This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- <br /> <br />Hearing - Amendment <br />W. F. Croddy <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />ment application of W. Fo Croddy was considered for the reclassification of a 19.94 <br />acre parcel of land located on the north side of Delhi Road between Bristol Street <br /> <br />and Fairview Road, from the R-1 to the R-3 District. On motion of Counc~lm~u Dahl, <br /> <br />seconded by Markel and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of th~ Santa Ana Municipal Code creating <br />changes in district boundaries and amending Sheets Nos. 54 and 55 of <br />the Districting Map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />In Re <br />Bid Acceptance <br />Truck, Aerial Ladder <br />Fire Department <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br />. <br />A tabulation of bids was presented by the Manager for the furnishing of One truck, <br /> <br />aerial ladder, complete for the Fire Department, in accordance with Specification <br /> <br />No. 626-2, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
