Davis submitted a petition signed by thirty <br />property o~rners approving the application and on motion of Councilman Dahl~ seconde <br />by Heinly and carrf~ed, the petition was received and filed. On motion of Council- <br />man Jerome, seconded by Heialy and carried, the recormuendation of the Planning <br />Corm~ission was approved and the variance of Minnie M.
